We welcome and affirm you as you are because you were made in the image and likeness of God and you bear the dignity of that divine image. We accept you as you are because it is not our place to judge, Jesus walked with all and welcomed all, we can do no less. We love you as you are because Jesus commanded us to love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength and to love our neighbor as we are called to love ourselves.
Our space is a place where you are safe to be who you are, uniquely you! For the moment, we meet online but we are getting a space soon where folk in Fayetteville, NC can gather in person and support one another. We offer Spiritual Direction services through our partner organization Kindling Resilience. other religious services. Here, your spiritual needs are met, your soul is fed, your heart transformed.

The Black Madonna of Perpetual Help is a blending of two traditional ways of venerating Mary, womanhood, the divine feminine, and motherhood. The veneration of our Lady of Perpetual Help recognizes Mary as a place of refuge. Just as Jesus ran to her as a child for comfort and safety, so we have access to her under this title. The Black Madonna on the other hand speaks to the Divine Feminine, which speaks to resilience, strength, and even resistance. We dedicate our church to the Black Madonna of Perpetual Help (BMoPH). We ask her to pray for us, to protect us, to watch over us. She is the image of comfort, security, love, and perpetual help. She is also the image of resistance to injustice and strength in adversity. She is the prototype of the African American and Latina woman, she is the strength of our community, all of us, female, male, gay, straight, queer, Black, Brown, White. And so we ask for her protection, prayers, and love.
The Progressive Catholic Church (PCC) is a vibrant Independent Old Catholic Jurisdiction. Welcoming, accepting, and embracing, we seek to provide a place where all people may come to celebrate the truth of the Gospel as proclaimed through the authentic traditions of our Catholic Faith. The PCC is a member of the International Council of Community Churches and an affiliate of the World Council of the Churches in Geneva, Switzerland. We are “Progressive” in that we are an inclusive Church, barring no one from full participation in every aspect of the Church body including Ordination to the Priesthood and our Religious Orders. In every other way, we share all things in common, including valid Episcopacy through unquestioned lines of Apostolic Succession, Priesthood, and Sacraments with the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church throughout the world.

Religious Services
We are all children of God. We worship together, we share the same communion, we may all have our own traditions, but in God’s eyes we are beloved and blessed as we are. We do not judge you, we accept and love you!
If you are gay, straight, queer, we are here to offer relationship advice, spiritual direction, premarital and couples advising and spiritual direction. We will marry you despite your race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, previous marriages, etc.
